On-site training:

The Essential Training:

It is important - and a legal requirement in the UK

- that every one who will use safety equipment is

properly trained in the safe use of that safety

equipment.

Our training is carefully designed to ensure the safe deployment of Oxford Safety trellis mats, stairwell frames, void guards, vehicle inspection pit lattice covers and all our other products. This training is carefully matched to suit the skills of each trade operative.

Oxford Safety has a mobile team of specialist trainers who visit every site, as the deliveries of our equipment are made; they conduct “Tool-box” training sessions with the relevant site team using our Method Statements, which are printed instructional hand-outs with comprehensive illustrations.

Certificates:

Certificates, with individual names, are issued to all those who satisfactorily complete one of our training sessions on site or in our training centre. We keep a record of every operative that has attended one of our courses.

Method Statements:

Training is usually strongly linked to the correct observance of Method Statements; these are currently available for all key Oxford Safety products. To refer to these, click “Literature” button in the yellow navigation bar at the top of this page.

Off-Site Training:

We also provide periodic refresher

training sessions on key major sites

and at our central Training Centre in Oxfordshire.
